merry christmas, happy new year!

wow. i seriously can't believe christmas has come and gone. my heart kind of breaks over it. don't get me wrong, it was amazing. but i just never want that feeling and energy and atmosphere to go away. luckily, our tree is still up. {with about a million and one little needles underneath} and my dad even turned our lights on outside last night. makes christmas linger a wee bit longer. which i am completely on board for. because of course, you do know, the song, "the twelve days of christmas," that pertains to the 12 days AFTER christmas. no real. it does. my dad tries to hold onto that for as long as possible. even though mama stout disputes it.

and now it's 2012. pretty cray cray. but bring it on. i just hope i can remember to write 2012. it always is so tough. i am sure i'll be writing 2011 for a solid two weeks. anyone else have this problem??

HAPPY NEW YEARS!

i've eaten so many yummy treats in the past month that i don't think it's physically possible for my stomach to expand anymore than it already has. #grosssss

the gym is definitely in my future. like nine times a day.

you see that dining room table in the first few pictures. ^^ yeah, my dad, well he built that. we were up until 2:45 in the morning on christmas even putting it together for a christmas morning surprise for my mom. he's seriously impressive. and he's now taking orders. {not really, but i told him he should totally go into business!}

i've been obsessed with kelly clarkson's, "mr. know it all." playing it over and over and over again.
