i am thankful for mcdonald's

there is just something about those
nuggets and fries
with honey mustard
that get me every single darn time.

i took absolutely no pictures today. {except for of darbee} so please excuse the lack of color and images. and by lack, i really mean none. {except for a few ecards}

my day started bright and early. ate some greek yogurt while at work and sat around pretending to do actual work. it was quite lovely to be honest.

i also had a visit from a cute sales rep. but it actually wasn't a visit for me at all. he was just coming to bring a patient her splint. but i like to think he came to see me. because i find him super adorable and want to date him.

yuppp...someecards really speak volumes!

anyway, this patient, knowingly of the crush, scheduled her appointment around MY schedule. i love some of my patients. and i mean, only SOME.

and now i have to go to sleep because i'm exhausted.
