last night the flyers won game three. hells yeah, philadelphia!

now that i got that off my chest, lets chit chat.

bachelorette talk, mmm, kay?

i won't kid you:

a. i have never been a fan of these bachelor shows. i think they are a joke at finding love. making out with many different partners and loving them all just doesn't seem like real life to me. also, it's easy to fall in love in these magical fairytale places abc is sweeping you off to, always looking to the nines when you have abc doing your hair, make up and wardrobe. ugh. i don't know about you, but i sure as heck don't want my baby daddy to be having sex in the room next to me with some chick. nor do i want to have to justify my love and prove that he should choose me rather than the five others.

b. this ali character is already driving me crazy and it's only been two episodes.

c. i caved and tuned into watching it because i needed a summer show. i'm a fool, but i'm now slightly hooked to the raunch monday night provides me with.

{do you like how i made it abc...like the channel? i'm so clever.}

i think shopping for men is a fun idea, don't get me wrong. what's not to love about yummy guys drooling over you and feeding you nothing but compliments? sounds like a sweet deal, eh? mama likey. but i just don't agree with the concept. it does, however, make for entertainment. so get ready for some rants and raves in the up coming weeks. i'm terribly angry she sent home some nice looking eye candy monday night and gave roses to some real weenies. move over, ali. i'll show you how it's done.

change in topic; yesterday was food day which meant i got to eat these tasty treats:

mango and fruit salsa
i lurvedddd this salsa! it was a-maz-ing!

with chips for the dips
and some no bake peanut butter chocolate cookies
they were sooooo good-like the insides of a reeses cup

after work i headed for the gym. it was a brutal two hour work out. it wasn't easy, but i finished. {sounds dirrrrty}

i got home and ate a wonderful lunch!
everything bagel with turkey and lettuce
with a side of a venti passion iced tea
friends and i headed out to the brickhouse to watch the fly guys. it was packed and fired up with orange and black. we ordered some philly pretzels with dipping sauces and one too many beers

one of my co-workers brought in this delicious cherry cobbler

lunch
plain bagel with a smashed up hardboiled egg and some cheetos on the side

my dinner looked like this
healthy choice veggie soup. i really liked the flavoring of this broth!

if you're watching the bachelorette, who is your fave?

i definitely wish i had this shirt to wear to work tomorrow. it would make friday all the merrier.

xoxo,
hugs and love

I haven't watch the Bachelorette this season...it drives me crazy to watch all of these people fight over one person!

And those pretzels...OMG! I love soft pretzels. I can't pass them up!

That salsa looke so good. I would love that. I don't watch any of the bachelor shows either. I think it's just crazy how the whole process works.

I love those bachelor shows just as much as I hate them! It's like a bad addiction and they're so trashtastic!

All your eats look so yummy and have me hankering for a bagel! If only the French made them!
Have a fantastic weekend!
